I so love looking at my photos and finally decided to sit down and share more of them with others. I am enjoying the whole project immensely. You will continue to see familiar faces along the way in most of the posts. 🙂

  4. the way you absorb from your daily life is amazing !

    • Jane says:

thanks once again for your lovely comment. Photography for me is a joy and the way I am able to capture my “mindfulness” moments to relive afterwards. I make an effort to always be mindfully aware of all that happens around me, and am blessed that I am able to preserve these moments and enjoy many times over. 🙂

      • for me taking photographs is symbolic of capturing that monet of space and time forever to be cherished not only by me but my family and friends alike. every photograph taken has a part of me. i recollect each and every thought that i was going through and the surroundings associated with that moments.

      • Jane says:

exactly-and said so beautifully!! 🙂 BUt to DO that, you also must live mindfully in order to be aware of all of this in the first place. And you obviously are in that place as well. Many people are not there, and even though a photograph may be beautiful to them to shoot, or to look at, they still are not aware of “every thought that i was going through and the surroundings associated with that moments.”. 🙂

  5. I absolutely love these photos! You captured each of their personalities so well. Isn’t amusing those skinny boys trying on the saris in front of customers? It always makes me smile. One of my favorite are those barbers under the trees. Have you seen one of those?
