Faces of India Part 9 – Faces Faces Faces (…and a little more)

Trying on a friend’s fancy party jewelry

This will probably be the last post in this series.  So there is no special topic…mostly just faces of people I have been privileged to meet, get to know, and finally become friends with.  Some of the most amazing people I know are those I have met in India, and each photo has its own story.  Many of the stories have been written over the years on my blogs, but here, I really just want to share the photos with you.  There are also several photos of celebration and dancing, for Indians will find a reason to dance as often as possible and celebrate just about everything imaginable.  And always with so much color and joy.

When I asked to photograph the two lovely ladies above, they both ran to put on lipstick and put on a new tikka on their forehead!  🙂

I suggest you click on one of the gallery photos at the end of the post and that will open the entire gallery in full size to scroll through, as I am not posting all the photos full size here.
